Yuna Crystals operates in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of VIC.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info.yunacrystals@gmail.com as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to help.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after your order. If you decide to cancel all, or part, of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total deposit. Cancellation fee on Laybys will incur a 50%of your initial deposit.
Yuna is a one woman run business and we try communicate with all our customers when their Build A Box or payment plan deadline is due. Should their be any delays it is the customers responsibility to communicate this with me. Failure to communicate or complete the shipping fee results in items/orders cancelled and items relisted once more and we will NOT give partial or full refunds. All sales and transactions are final.

BUILD A BOX POLICIES
Our Build A Box option allows our customers to accumulate multiple orders (paid in full) over a period time and pay for shipping once. Not only this saves our customers on postage costs but it also reduces waste.
To commence a unsealed open box, please select 'Build a Box' option at the check out as your postage option. Build A Box option is open for 4 weeks. When the deadline is reached or when you are ready to send your order(s) out postage will be applied. For International Customers outside of Australia, postage is calculated based on weight. Please contact me directly to get a quote
Build a Box will only be held open for max 4 weeks from the date of your first purchase. You can select this option at the checkout under 'Build A Box'.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
I will try to help you as much as I can if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit.
If you choose to have any parcels dropped to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.
When tracking shows that your item was delivered to your shipping address, we are not held liable if that parcel goes missing, if your home is unattended. Australia Post will leave it in a safe drop spot or they will take it back to the PO and issue you a collection note. If you choose to leave your parcel at the front door, this is at your own risk. We are not liable if Australia Post advises it was delivered, and you don’t receive it, due to theft.
If your parcel is lost by Australia Post YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting them your tracking number we provided. We cannot do this on your behalf. If they deem the package is lost after investigation, we will issue a credit excluding postage costs.
Overseas orders are not in our jurisdiction once they leave Australia. We cannot be held liable for custom charges, loss, delays or theft in your country. We do not give refunds for parcels not received overseas. We provide your tracking number as proof of your goods being shipped, for you to monitor once they depart Australia.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN
Yuna is not liable for any damage or broken crystals. We work very hard to make sure your items are are packed up securely so that they get home to you safely. The moment we place the packages at the post office, it is no longer in our control of what happens.
HOWEVER, I will do as much as I can to assist as much as possible. Please contact your local postal service for any damaged items.
