First published in 1970, The Mineralogical Record is a long-running, highly respected magazine that focuses on minerals, mineral collecting, mineral localities, and the history of mineralogy. More accurately, a scholarly journal, it is considered one of the world’s leading publications for serious mineral collectors, museum curators, researchers, and mineral dealers.

Older issues can have higher value, particularly those featuring well-known mines or classic mineral localities. This is reflected in the pricing.
